Welcome to our blog. Arab Cartage & Express (based in Arab, Alabama) was founded in 1979 by Don and Bob Elrod. With ever-increasing freight demands, in 2008 co-owner Russ Elrod incorporated the logistics division, Agent National, Inc. Together, Arab Cartage and Agent National create a 4PL network which provides customers the benefit of company assets (trucks) along with a full range of logistics services. AC-AN is a family run operation and we pride ourselves on being involved in the Arab community. With equipment ranging from semi-trucks to pickup trucks, dry vans to flat beds, and straight trucks to goosenecks, we can ship any type of product.
